Stage 2 – We will respond within 24 hours and call you within the next working day, requesting key documents.
Stage 3 – If our criteria is met, we will ask you to sign an assignment of the debt.
Stage 4 – Upon receipt of the assignment, we will commence the claim against the delinquent director(s) and will write to all relevant parties outlining the debt and seeking their proposals for payment.
Stage 5 – We normally receive offers to consider within 28 days. If we don’t, we commence litigation on the 29th day.
Stage 6 – Ordinarily we receive further offers once the formal proceedings have been issued.
Stage 7 – If we have no response at this stage or no acceptable offers we proceed to trial or, on some occasions, engage in a mediation which often leads to us receiving offers and avoiding the necessity of going to trial.
